We will support our clients to fulfil their vision:

  • Meet with our respective clients to discuss their needs in the market. If required we will conduct Needs Analysis to forecast manpower.
  • Work with clients to ensure the expectations are being met. We will meet our clients once a quarter for continued and strengthened relationship and be a key partner in the market, helping them shape their talent platform.
  • Sourcing “A” Players in the market that have the right knowledge, skills and ability and a right fit.
  • Only shortlist those candidates that meet the needs of the clients to ensure they are the right fit and have the right attitude to help propel the business forward.

To ensure we have right candidates, we will:

  • Use the Top Grading process to select the candidates that fits the client’s profile that has the right KSA to perform the function.
  • Only the candidates that pass our rigorous selection criteria will be put forward to the client to interview along with all our interview notes, strengths and weaknesses. This is to maximize the client’s time.
  • Upon client request, we will conduct full employer reference and provide the feedback to the client
  • We will also follow up with our clients to ensure they are satisfied with their talent pool and guide where needed.
  • Provide the client with market news of relevance to help them make better business decisions.
